Job summary

Big Motoring World in Leeds seeks a Display Manager responsible for day-to-day presentation and organisation of the site. You will ensure vehicles are displayed to a high standard and the forecourt is tidy, organised and presentable, supporting the sales team and maintaining site standards.

Reporting to Sales Managers, you will manage a team, organise layout and flow of the yard, and ensure safety and efficiency while minimising damage. A Full UK Driving Licence is required; DVLA checks apply.

Qualifications

• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence. DVLA checks may apply before any vehicle driving.

Responsibilities

• Performance management of the team including training, coaching and appraisals to ensure optimum performance.
• Effective workforce management, including absence planning, ensuring optimum staff levels at all times and adherence to working time directive.
• Effective communication to team ensuring awareness of results and key priorities.
• To transport vehicles across the site safely and efficiently to support production areas.
• Ensure adherence to BIG Motoring World Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure the logistics team provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, supporting other departments where appropriate.
• Organise the layout and flow of the yard to optimise capacity, efficiency and safety whilst minimising onsite damage.
