Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd represents a leading nationwide accident repair group recruiting a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) with proven Audatex experience. This full-time, permanent role is based in Cambridge, with a Monday–Friday, 45-hour week and no weekend work.

You will inspect damaged vehicles, liaise with insurers and customers, and ensure timely repair authorisation and accurate documentation. The package includes an OTE of £43,500, ongoing training, and access to industry-leading tools

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) required.
• Strong working knowledge of Audatex estimating software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough inspections of damaged vehicles.
• Liaise with insurance engineers and customers to agree repair authorisation.
• Manage repair timescales and keep all stakeholders updated.
• Ensure all assessments and documentation are completed to a high standard.
• Work closely with workshop staff to ensure a smooth and efficient repair journey.
