Job summary

• Use Audatex to produce clear, detailed damage documentation.
• Communicate assessment findings to customers, insurers and repair teams.
• Review repair estimates for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify any additional damages requiring attention.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and communications.
• Assist in post-repair inspections to verify quality standards.
• Support claims process and negotiations as required.

You will be responsible for completing accurate vehicle damage assessments and supporting the repair planning process using Audatex and industry best practice.

Duties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor
