The successful candidate will use Audatex to prepare comprehensive repair estimates, liaise with insurers, and guide repair timelines alongside the bodyshop team. A driving licence and relevant NVQ/ATA are preferred, with ongoing training provided.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles, accurately assessing the full extent of damage
• Prepare and record electronic and manual repair estimates, utilising Audatex confidently
• Determine the most appropriate prescribed repair methods
• Liaise effectively with insurance companies to agree repair costs and authorisations
• Collaborate with the wider bodyshop team to ensure technicians understand repair methodologies
• Maintain comprehensive records of assessments, estimates, and repair progress
• Provide expert advice on repair timelines and repair strategies to clients and colleagues

Requirements
