Job summary

Tru Talent seeks a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor in Dunfermline to deliver precise damage assessments and detailed estimates using Audatex. You will collaborate with the workshop to ensure manufacturer specifications are met, while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires ATA qualification (preferred) or equivalent, with experience in fast-paced body shops and excellent communication with clients. Attractive salary with bonus potential and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• ATA Qualified (Preferred) or equivalent qualification (e.g., NVQ, IMI, SVQ).
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor/Vehicle Estimator in a fast-paced body shop environment.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and a strong focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed repair estimates using Audatex software.
• Provide accurate assessments and estimates for repairs in line with industry standards.
• Maximise profitability by applying professional sales techniques and efficient repair scheduling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing queries promptly.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
