Job summary

National Vehicle Distribution is seeking a Vehicle Handler in Southampton to efficiently and accurately manage vehicle stock. You will inspect, check, and dispatch vehicles, moving 60+ units daily across storage areas and loading bays, while contributing to compound upkeep.

The role requires a full driving license, reliability for up to 6 days a week and evening shifts, and a positive, proactive attitude. A competitive hourly rate is offered with eligible benefits.

Role Summary

The Vehicle Handler is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of vehicle stock. Key duties include the thorough checking and dispatch of vehicles, managing the high-volume movement of 60 or more vehicles daily across storage and loading areas, and performing detailed vehicle-specific inspections and stock checks. The role also involves contributing to the general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle compounds.
