The role involves coordinating with Accounts and Sales, managing DVLA registrations, invoicing, stock checks, and developing the Vehicle Administration team's capabilities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle sales/purchase records and DVLA registrations.
• Invoice sales promptly and manage vehicle taxation and rebates.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Sales Managers and participate in group projects.
• Oversee daily activities of the Vehicle Administration team and provide training.
• Manage vehicle ledgers, stocklists, reconciliations and finance settlements.
