Lloyd BMW/MI NI in Blackpool is seeking a highly organised Vehicle Administrator to join a busy dealership team. You will support sales operations by managing vehicle administration processes with accuracy and professionalism.

You will liaise across departments to ensure compliance with GDPR, FCA, DVLA, and other regulations, while embracing modern systems like iLloyd to drive efficiency. A proactive, detail-focused approach and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in vehicle or dealership administration.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems.
• Experience with Kerridge systems (desirable).
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Experience within a busy administrative environment is essential, ideally within the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage key vehicle administration processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise across departments to support the sales operation.
• Maintain compliance standards and handle manufacturer systems and regulations (GDPR, HMRC, FCA, DVLA, RAV).
• Support the use of iLloyd and other modern systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Finance teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
