You’ll join a busy team in a modern automotive environment, with a basic salary of £24,784.50 and benefits including 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance, and exclusive employee discounts.

Qualifications

• A strong background in administration, ideally in a busy environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems, with daily data management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicle order information and documentation are accurate and up to date, delivering a smooth customer experience.
• Manage registration and taxation for new vehicles and handle documentation to guarantee accuracy first time.
• Support the sales process from enquiry to handover, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
