Job summary

Role involves managing defined sourcing areas, developing strategic plans, and coaching a high-performing procurement team to deliver value and risk management across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading vegetable procurement in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced negotiation capability and supplier management.
• Understanding of market, suppliers and materials.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for defined sourcing areas and manage total portfolio cost.
• Develop and implement a sourcing strategy with cross-functional alignment.
• Drive savings and promote best procurement practices.
• Engage stakeholders with regular market updates and project communications.
• Develop and coach the team to improve skills and performance.
• Governance and risk management with suppliers and markets.
• Support inclusion, diversity and sustainability commitments.
• Ensure data governance and cybersecurity considerations are addressed.
