Qualifications

• Experience in multinational commercial organisations of scale is essential.
• Extensive experience in a procurement function within a matrix organisation.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial value through negotiation, supplier relationships and commercial awareness.
• Experience of cross-functional, multi-geography and multi-category projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Commercial Value: optimises supplier base, harmonises specifications and standardises terms.
• Identifies cost-reduction opportunities through collaboration with suppliers.
• Uses market intelligence to forecast price trends and drive value in negotiations.
• Owns delivery of annual productivity targets and reductions in COGs for the category.
• Manages supplier relationships and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
