Oxygen House Limited runs an organic, vegetable-led kitchen serving the Oxygen House community in Exeter. We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook for a fixed-term six-month contract to help prepare ingredients, support food production and ensure consistently high-quality meals.

You will work 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday with one Sunday per month, and you’ll contribute to all daily prep and service while adhering to food safety standards.

Formación

• Solid kitchen experience.
• Strong knife skills.
• Interest in cooking with vegetables.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare vegetables, grains, pulses, sauces and dressings to set standards.
• Assist with breakfast and lunch service following recipes.
• Support Sunday lunch service at Five Bells once per month.
