Job summary

Ferrari Express Ltd is seeking a Vault Assistant to join our secure operations team in Colnbrook, Slough. The role focuses on vault security, stock control, and efficient handling of shipments with strict adherence to procedures.

You will ensure accurate seal checks, maintain the strong room, and work with various departments to support imports/exports and balance reporting. Training and development provided; salary banding reflects experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence and be proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for dealing with clients.
• Team player with ability to work with other departments and staff.

Responsibilities

• Be key holder for the strong room and manage shipments with seal verification.
• Receive and process shipments into the strong room and warehouse; locate as needed.
• Maintain clean and tidy strong room at all times and perform daily stock reviews.
• Coordinate with imports/exports and sign off on balance sheets daily.
• Manage vehicle arrivals/departures following security instructions and support customs processes.
