Vaultex UK Ltd in Tonbridge is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run the Processing Team on a 35-hour weekly shift (Mon-Fri, 14:00-22:00). You will lead, motivate and ensure production targets and customer service levels are met within safety and compliance standards.
The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a flexible approach. You will oversee training, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration, with a view to continuous improvement and staff engagement.

Hours: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00 - 35 hours per week Grade: CM30 Location: Medway House, 100 Vale Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1SH. Salary: £32,697 per annum plus £2672 shift allowance. Total £35,369.
Act in the day to day running of the shift and showing strong leadership skills, be self-motivated and flexible within the working environment, ensuring procedures are adhered to within the department at all times. Supervise the Processing Team and take the responsibility of production/processing targets and leading the team to deliver key objectives and optimum performance. Deliver high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while working within tight deadlines.
