• Monitor changes in VAT legislation and HMRC guidance, ensuring compliance processes remain up to date and robust.
• Collaborate with other teams across the firm, including technology and process specialists, to enhance compliance delivery through automation and data analytics.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior team members, ensuring high standards of quality, risk management, and client service.

VAT Compliance Assistant Manager - Gatwick

Join this market-leading Indirect Tax team at a Top UK firm and play a key role in delivering high-quality VAT compliance services to a broad portfolio of UK and multinational clients. You will help organisations meet their VAT obligations accurately and efficiently, supporting them through an increasingly complex and fast-evolving regulatory environment.

Working alongside specialists, you'll deepen your technical VAT knowledge while developing strong operational, process, and technology skills. This role offers excellent exposure to large-scale compliance engagements, process improvement initiatives, and the use of innovative compliance tools and data-driven solutions.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join this VAT compliance team at any of our regional offices across the UK. You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of VAT compliance work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements.
