Pro-Tax in the UK is seeking a VAT Compliance Assistant Manager to join the Gatwick region. You will manage UK VAT engagements, ensuring accurate returns, reconciliations, and reporting while liaising with clients for practical guidance.

You will monitor VAT changes, collaborate with IT and process teams to drive automation, and lead and develop junior staff, ensuring high standards of quality and risk management across engagements.

You will help organisations meet their VAT obligations accurately and efficiently, supporting them through an increasingly complex and fast-evolving regulatory environment.Working alongside specialists, you'll deepen your technical VAT knowledge while developing strong operational, process, and technology skills. This role offers excellent exposure to large-scale compliance engagements, process improvement initiatives, and the use of innovative compliance tools and data-driven solutions.We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join this VAT compliance team at any of our regional offices across the UK. You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of VAT compliance work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities
