Job summary

Perth College UHI in Perth, Scotland is seeking a Caretaker to join the Caretaking Team. The role covers the security of the College premises, safety checks, minor repairs and the movement of furniture and equipment across the campus.

You will have customer service experience, hold a current driving licence, and be able to participate in the on-call rota. The post is bank- hours, with a permanent status, and a pro-rata salary of £29,552.94 to £30,790.42 per year.

• Ensure security of College premises and contents.
• Identify and remediate health and safety hazards and minor repairs.
