Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in Cardiff, South Wales, is seeking an experienced Van Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role offers a basic salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum plus first‑year on target earnings exceeding £50,000, with a company phone and laptop and generous holiday.

• Proven van/LCV sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Living within commuting distance to Cardiff.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vans including finance/insurances.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive engagement.
• Manage customer relationships and keep delivery progress informed.
• Collect payments and ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Explain warranty and service plans to customers and introduce Aftersales.
