Job summary

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Mechanic to keep drivers moving across the Guildford area and surrounding towns. You’ll diagnose faults, perform roadside repairs, and support RAC members with professional, friendly service.

You’ll typically work around 40 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern, starting and finishing from home and deploying with an RAC van, tools and fuel card provided. A robust development pathway and pension/benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in light vehicle maintenance
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
