Job summary

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Parcel delivery experience preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• No more than 6 points on licence (depending on the code).

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to commercial and domestic properties.
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicle.
• Follow delivery routes and time schedules.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interaction.
• Use a hand scanner for deliveries; training will be provided.
