Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited is seeking an efficient delivery driver in London to ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely and on time. You will maintain high standards of customer service, complete daily vehicle checks, plan routes effectively and secure proof of delivery where required.

You will handle 30–40 parcels per day, work Monday to Friday with a start time of 08:00am, and report any delays or vehicle defects to the manager.

Job description

Responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels to residential and business customers. Ensure deliveries are completed efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Carry out daily vehicle checks, plan delivery routes effectively, obtain proof of delivery where required and ensure parcels are handled securely and with care. Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues, vehicle defects or delays to the relevant manager.

Shifts are Monday to friday, start time 0800am
