Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited is seeking a Delivery Driver to manage the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels across domestic and commercial clients in Greater London. You will maintain professional customer service standards and report any delivery issues promptly.

Shifts run Monday to Friday starting at 08:00, with an expected 30–40 parcels delivered per day. You will perform daily vehicle checks, follow planned routes and ensure secure handling and accurate proof of

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and plan delivery routes effectively.
• Obtain proof of delivery where required and ensure parcels are handled securely and with care.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues or delays to the relevant manager.

Job description

Responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of parcels to residential and business customers. Ensure deliveries are completed efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Carry out daily vehicle checks, plan delivery routes effectively, obtain proof of delivery where required and ensure parcels are handled securely and with care. Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues, vehicle defects or delays to the relevant manager.
