Job summary

Holt Engineering Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Van Driver / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and established manufacturing company based in Poole.

This role requires a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence, the ability to drive a van for local deliveries, and a proactive approach to loading, unloading and general warehouse tasks. The package includes £13.64 per hour, with full-time ongoing work and potential for permanency.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Experience driving a van in a work environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of safe loading, unloading and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company van for local deliveries and collections.
• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles.
• Support goods in and goods out operations.
• Move materials safely around the site.
• Complete delivery paperwork and documentation.

Holt Engineering Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Van Driver / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and established manufacturing company based in Poole.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence who is also comfortable driving a van and supporting general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a company van to complete local deliveries and collections.
• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles.
• Supporting goods in and goods out operations.
• Ensuring materials and products are moved safely around the site.
• Completing relevant paperwork and delivery documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience driving a van in a work environment.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Good knowledge of safe loading, unloading and material handling.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
