Job summary

Retail Renault Group is seeking a Van & Local Fleet Sales Executive at Bristol Pro+ to lead dealership-based LCV sales with SMEs, blending established customer flow with proactive business development.

The role requires 2–3 years of field sales in van/commercial vehicles, a proven record of high sales volumes, and the ability to build repeat business while coordinating fleet needs and conversions. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must currently be working in van or commercial vehicle sales.
• 2–3 years of field sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving strong sales volumes and profitability.
• Knowledge of fleet sales and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Sell and develop van and local fleet business with SMEs.
• Manage the sales journey from enquiry to order and delivery.
• Develop new business while converting existing opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with SME and business customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate activity reporting.
