Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a van driver on a temporary contract to cover nationwide deliveries across the UK. You will start early (around 4am–6am) and finish after 10–12 hours, with a typical 4–8 drops per shift and occasional Saturday work. You will be in a double manned team for large appliances and will accrue holiday up to 28 days pro rata.

Paid at £13.75 per hour with weekly pay; visa sponsorship is not offered. This role suits UK applicants with a clean licence and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year commercial van driving experience.
• No more than 3 points on driving licence.
• Happy to work solo or as part of a double manned team.

Job Description

Nationwide van driving available immediately with weekly pay!

You will be delivering goods across the UK with early starts but early finishes perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons after work!

You will be expected to deliver goods in a timely manner - this is not a multidrop position however, you can expect between 4-8 drops per shift. The distance travelled is the reason for the early starts.

You should be comfortable with handling heavy goods although you will be provided with full equipment and working on a double manned team if handling large appliances

Duration: Temporary but ongoing work available

Experience & Qualifications

• To drive a car or motorcycle - this is because of the client’s location.
• A minimum of 1 years’ commercial van driving experience
• No more than 3 points on your driving licence
• A positive attitude and to be happy to work either solo or as part of a double manned team (depending on the nature of the goods being delivered)
