Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting a Long Distance Van Delivery Driver to join our client team near Leeds Bradford Airport. The role offers a temporary to permanent path and a trial pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

Shifts run between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM, with typical days lasting around 10 hours as you cover routes across the UK. You will travel with a driver's mate to deliver and unload equipment and ensure timely arrivals.

Job Opportunity: Long Distance Van Delivery Driver

Manpower is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Van Delivery Driver to join our client team near Leeds Bradford Airport. This opportunity has the potential to convert to full-time permanent employment within your first week if you can successfully meet the clients expectations!

Position Details:

• Location: Near Leeds Bradford Airport


• Contract: Temporary to Permanent


• Pay Rate: £12.71 Per Hour during trial


• Shifts start between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM


• Average working shift duration: roughly 10 hours per day depending on route

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver equipment to one of various locations all across the UK. Assist unloading equipment (light to medium lifting). You will be accompanied by a drivers mate.

Requirements:

• Must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes


• No more than 6 points on your driving licence


• Previous experience as a van driver is desired


• Strong time management and organisational skills


• Excellent communication skills
