Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Greenford is seeking 3.5 Ton Van Drivers to join our team for Waitrose deliveries. Attend our Recruitment Day on Tuesday 13 October 2026 to meet the team and learn more about the role.

Earn up to £16.00 per hour, with a basic rate of £15.07 and a bonus scheme. We offer 28 days annual leave, a company pension, and access to the Hapi benefits platform. Full-time and part-time patterns, with shifts 04:30-07:00 and 12:00-14:00, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99, IN, DD, DR or DG endorsements)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work unsocial hours and weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Safely completing multi-drop deliveries, typically serving 20+ customers per day
• Managing customer returns and reporting discrepancies accurately
• Carrying out vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
• Delivering outstanding customer service at the customer's doorstep

At GXO, we recognise that it is our people who help keep the nation moving. Due to continued growth, we're looking for 3.5 Ton Van Drivers to join our team in Greenford, working with our premium customer, Waitrose.

Earn up to £16.00 per hour

Flexible Working Patterns

Choose a working pattern that suits your lifestyle:

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Work between 2 and 5 days per week

Shift Start Times:

• Morning shifts: 04:30 - 07:00
• Afternoon shifts: 12:00 - 14:00
