Job summary

Get Staff is recruiting a Van Driver 3.5 Tonne with a B Licence to operate across Gosport, Fareham and Portsmouth. This temporary, 14-week or ongoing ad hoc contract offers a weekly pay rate from £12.71 to £16.50 per hour and includes overtime and immediate start options.

You will perform multi-drop deliveries, complete daily vehicle checks, lift handling, and maintain accurate delivery records while providing excellent customer service to customers along routes in the Hampshire area.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Category B driving licence for 3.5-tonne vans.
• Clean driving history and ability to navigate routes efficiently.
• Able to lift heavy items and perform manual handling safely.
• Experience delivering to customers and providing good service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 3.5-tonne van for multi-drop deliveries.
• Complete deliveries on time and maintain accuracy of records.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable; ensure proper loading/unloading.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout deliveries.
