Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for 3.5 Tonne Drivers to join our client in Guildford, Surrey. Shifts run Monday to Friday with a 1.00am start, minimum 8 hours paid per day and overtime paid at £15.00 per hour. Excellent hourly rates and weekly pay, with on-site canteen and immediate starts.

Roles include driving delivery vans, daily vehicle checks, loading assistance, using handheld scanners, and completing delivery paperwork. Up to 30 drops per day in local areas.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category B (Car/Van) driving licence.
• Minimum 1 year's multi-drop delivery experience.
• No more than six penalty points (no IN10, DR10 or DD10).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Driving delivery vans safely and efficiently to multiple delivery locations.
• Conducting daily vehicle checks prior to routes.
• Assisting with loading the vehicle when required.
• Using handheld scanners to record deliveries.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Carrying out up to 30 drops per day.
• Handballing duties as required.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for 3.5 Tonne Drivers to join our well-established client based in Guildford, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Van Driver, Truck Driver or Delivery Driver.

Shifts
