Job summary

Prism 7 Resourcing is recruiting for a Van Driver based in Thurrock. You will handle deliveries across Central London, Greater London, the Home Counties and East Anglia. The role includes occasional London route coverage and a minimum of 8 hours per shift.

Our client seeks a reliable driver with a Full UK driving licence, delivery experience preferred, and good customer service skills. You may be asked to help with yard duties and loading vehicles for the next day.

Van Driver - Thurrock

Location: Thurrock

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: Minimum 8 hours per shift

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing deliveries across a variety of locations, including:

• Central London
• Greater London
• The Home Counties
• East Anglia

The majority of the London deliveries are covered by a dedicated driver; however, the successful candidate will occasionally be required to cover London routes when needed.

Drivers will work a minimum of 8 hours per shift. If deliveries are completed ahead of schedule, the driver will return to the yard and assist the yard team with loading vehicles for the following day, along with other general yard duties as required.

Start times will vary depending on the delivery locations scheduled for the following day.
