Job summary

Centric Talent is seeking Multi-drop Delivery Drivers for a client based in Waltham Abbey. Full-time, permanent role with immediate start. Pay £33,800 per annum for 50 hours per week.

You will hold a full UK driving licence with at least 6 months of commercial experience, no DD/TT/DR/CD/IN endorsements, and be able to work Monday to Friday with 05:00–07:00 starts. You will deliver to retailers, load/unload, and complete PODs and vehicle checks.

Qualifications

• No DD/TT/DR/CD/IN endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries to retailers and merchants.
• Make 10–30 deliveries per day with pre-scheduled routes.
• Capture proof of delivery with photos and paperwork.
• Manual handling, loading and unloading.
• Maintain and check vehicles before/after shifts.
• Complete accident reports and pre/post vehicle checks.

Hours

Full-time hours (Monday to Friday working days. Start times between 05:00 and 07:00)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries to Retailers and Merchants.
• Making between 10 & 30 deliveries a day – deliveries are pre-scheduled
• Confirming proof of delivery with photographs & relevant paperwork
• Manual Handling required
• Loading & unloading
• Loading you own vehicle
• On/Off-loading vehicles before and after your shift
• Maintaining your vehicle
• Cleaning & refuelling when required
• Completing accident reports
• Undertaking pre & post vehicle checks

Working Hours

Our client is looking for Delivery Drivers to work Monday to Friday – no weekend work required, so apply today to discuss your hours. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

About you

You will have a full UK Driving Licence and at least 6 months experience driving commercially. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

You will have an excellent knowledge of the local area and also the motorway networks, as driving in and around London can be difficult. Your role is Customer focussed, so you must be able to communicate with different types of people.

This role is suitable for someone with previous experience that includes Courier, Multi-drop Delivery Driver, Home Delivery, Driver, Driving, Delivery Driver, etc

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
