  • Delivering stock between our warehouse and retail shops.
  • Collecting donations from supporters' homes.
  • Loading and unloading stock, furniture, and donated items.
  • Working closely with shop teams, volunteers, and warehouse colleagues.

  • Supporting Gift Aid sign-ups where appropriate.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Following Health & Safety procedures and safe manual handling practices.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Confidence driving a 3.5-tonne Luton van.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can also work independently.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the retail operation when needed.
  • Ability to undertake regular lifting and manual handling activities.
