Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Greenford is looking for 3.5 ton van drivers to join our team serving Waitrose. Attend our recruitment day on Saturday 26 September 2026 to meet the team and learn more about the role.

We offer flexible patterns (full-time or part-time, 2–5 days per week) with shifts from 04:30–07:00 and 12:00–14:00. Basic pay is £15.07 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £16.00 per hour through a bonus scheme, plus 28 days leave and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 6 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no TT99, IN, DD, DR or DG endorsements).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely completing multi-drop deliveries, typically serving 20+ customers per day.
• Managing customer returns and reporting discrepancies accurately.
• Carrying out vehicle safety checks and defect reporting.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at the customer’s doorstep.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Work between 2 and 5 days per week

Shift Start Times:

• Morning shifts: 04:30 - 07:00
• Afternoon shifts: 12:00 - 14:00
