Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Swadlincote is seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our Clicklink contract team. This full-time, permanent role offers a 48-hour week with a 4 on 2 off shift pattern and starts between 06:00 and 21:30.

You will trunk stock, deliver and collect goods, with curtain side work and occasional loading/unloading using tail-lift. Applicants must hold a UK C+E licence and aim for safe, compliant driving. GXO supports growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the previous 5 years.
• Previous experience driving category C+E vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Trunk stock from DC to DC.
• Deliver and collect goods to and from various customers.
• Occasional loading and unloading using tail-lift.
• Some curtain side work to be expected.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
• Complete all necessary paperwork correctly, in full and on time.
• Be compliant with Driver’s hours, Tachograph, Working Time, and Road Traffic Act regulations.
• Potential requirement to cover class 2 work.

This is a full time, permanent role you will be contracted to work 48 hours per week on the shift pattern of 4 on 2 off with shifts starts available in the time window of 06:00 - 21:30.
