Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is looking for a Class 1 Driver in Mossend (ML1 4UY) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with start times between 04:00–07:00, delivering across multiple daily drops.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card held.
• No more than 6 current penalty points.
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with conviction in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Multi drop deliveries at 3–7 drops per day.
• Operate the vehicle safely and legally, ensure load is secured before leaving site.
• Complete documentation accurately in line with company policy.
• Operate automated lift decks as required.

You will be working 48 hours per week on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, with a start time between 04:00-07:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Multi drop deliveries at average of 3-7 drops per day
• Operating the vehicle in safe and legal manner, guaranteeing it has been loaded correctly prior to leaving site (No Handball Required)
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company policy
• Operating automated lift decks as may be required on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
• A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
