Job summary

Pertemps Maidstone is recruiting a Van Driver for a client in Dartford, Kent. You will deliver high-value goods across the South East and London in a half-refrigerated van, ensuring secure, accurate deliveries.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm, with training starting soon. Pay is £14.50 per hour, paid weekly via PAYE. You must hold a full UK driving licence and bring a reliable, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Delivery experience as van driver is preferred.
• Reliable, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value goods to commercial customers.
• Drive a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van.
• Carry out vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.
• Obtain proof of delivery and complete paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Follow road transport and health & safety regulations.

Van Driver The Role

As a

Van Driver , you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of

high-value goods

across the South East, London and surrounding areas using a

half-refrigerated van . You will provide excellent customer service while ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and securely.

Van Driver Responsibilities

• Delivering high-value goods to commercial customers
• Driving a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Obtaining proof of delivery and completing relevant paperwork
