The Best Connection Oxford is looking for experienced Van Drivers to support our client in Bicester. This role offers flexible ad hoc shifts with day starts and weekly pay, ideal for reliable drivers seeking regular work with a respected local employer.

As a Van Driver, you will complete multi-drop deliveries, load and unload your vehicle, plan routes, and maintain delivery paperwork with daily safety checks, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
• Van driving and multi-drop delivery experience.
• Good knowledge of UK roads.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading your vehicle.
• Planning and following delivery routes.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed on time and in line with company standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for ad hoc shifts, weekly pay, and the chance to work with a respected local employer.

Pay & Hours

• £12.89 per hour
• Ad hoc shifts to suit business needs
• Day shifts
• 5:00am start times
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Immediate starts available
• Weekly pay every Friday

The Role

As a Van Driver, your duties will include:

• Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading your vehicle
• Planning and following delivery routes
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Ensuring deliveries are completed on time and in line with company standards

What We're Looking For

• Full UK Category B Driving Licence
• Previous van driving and multi-drop delivery experience
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
