Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for experienced multi-drop courier van drivers to join a busy small parcel delivery operation in the United Kingdom. This temp-to-perm role involves completing 80–100 deliveries and collections daily, with DBS checks required before start.

Core hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30, with occasional weekend shifts during peak periods. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence (6+ months), be 25+, have up to 6 points, and demonstrate a previous multi-drop courier

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 6 months.
• Aged 25+ for insurance purposes.
• Maximum of 6 minor penalty points.
• No DR, DD or CD endorsements.
• Previous multi-drop courier experience is essential.
• Ability to provide 5 years of employment references.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 80–100 deliveries and collections per day.
• Mon–Fri with 07:30 start; occasional weekend work during peak periods.
• Vetts/DBS check required before starting.

Job description

The Best Connection recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Multi-Drop Courier Van Drivers to join their busy small parcel delivery operation.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidates, offering long-term work with a well-established delivery network. The role involves completing 80-100 deliveries and collections per day, therefore previous multi-drop courier experience is essential.

Please note: Starting work is subject to successfully completing the vetting process and undergoing a DBS check.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 07:30 start time
• Occasional weekend work required during peak periods

Pay Rates

• £14.73 per hour for the first 45 hours worked
• £17.53 per hour after 45 hours
