Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Managing Consultant or Senior Manager to lead CFO-grade business cases and outcome-based models for £10m+ multi-year transformations. You will shape value stories for large, multi-tower deals and present board-ready narratives.

You will build strong client relationships, coach teams, and drive business development across Capgemini Invent’s Finance & Enterprise Value practice.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and winning £10m+ multi-year transformations.
• Proven leadership of teams for 6–8 years.
• Strategic thinking with evidence-based insights for transformation.
• Ability to build and present CFO-grade financial models.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client value stories for large multi-tower deals and quantify benefits.
• Arrange and translate value into KPIs, baselines, and gainshare structures.
• Own CFO-level conversations and present board-ready investment narratives.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to optimise deal solutions.
• Develop recommendations and support recruitment to grow the team.
