Job summary

Capgemini Invent in London, Manchester or Glasgow seeks a Manager to lead large-scale finance change programs for major clients, blending finance expertise with strategy and technology to deliver measurable value.

This role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent, proven leadership, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, shape deals, and grow client relationships while working across O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience leading large finance transformation projects across multiple processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, T2F, Treasury).
• Experience with hybrid delivery and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex transformation programs for finance functions.
• Develop and present insights and practical recommendations based on robust evidence.
• Coach and develop team members; drive skills growth and career progression.
• Support business development and growth of solutions/offerings.
