Cromwell is recruiting a Value Added Services Administrator to provide administrative and operational support across the Etching Department and Corporate Clothing service. As our new Value Added Services Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support across our Etching Department and Corporate Clothing service. You'll manage customer orders from initial processing through to fulfilment, ensuring orders are accurate, progressed efficiently and delivered within agreed timescales.
Working closely with customers, suppliers, transport colleagues and internal teams, you'll help coordinate high-end and bespoke customer requests while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
