Job summary

Lincoln International is seeking an Associate to join the Valuations & Opinions Group with fixed income structured product experience. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, executing valuations from start to finish and supporting analysts and new business development.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical background in financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel.
• 2–5 years of structured products experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics from a top-tier institution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, complete, and review financial models and valuation analyses.
• Write and review valuation reports and presentations.
• Value mortgage whole loans, student loans, consumer loans and securitized assets (RMBS, CMBS, CLO, ABS).
• Develop and refine valuation models and inputs (loss, prepayment, market spreads).
• Coordinate recurring valuation projects and oversee analysts.
• Interact with clients and prepare deliverables.
• Maintain proprietary valuation databases.
• Track capital markets and analyze market changes.
• Prepare marketing materials for client meetings.
