Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, or equivalent quantitative field.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Knowledge of structured products such as RMBS/CMBS/ABS/CLO and ability to model cash flows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and value structured products, asset-backed loans, loan pools, and illiquid securities.
• Determine valuation assumptions based on historical performance, collateral type, and economic scenarios.
• Use discounted cash flow methods to derive value indications and margins/yields.
• Conduct market research and calibrate proprietary valuation models to market data.
• Prepare client deliverables including valuation reports and pitch materials.
• Support due diligence meetings and respond to auditor questions on valuation analyses.
• Present valuation analyses to internal review committees and client senior management.
• Assist with sales/marketing initiatives for prospective and existing clients.
