Job summary

Lincoln International is seeking a Vice President to join the Valuations & Opinions Group in London. The role focuses on valuation advisory for structured products and illiquid assets, working with MDs and clients across multiple engagements.

A strong emphasis on quality control, entrepreneurial contribution, and client development is expected. Ideal candidates have five+ years in valuations, solid modeling skills, and experience with Bloomberg and Intex.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years’ experience in business valuations, illiquid securities, or related structuring.
Understanding collateral risk, deal structures, terms and conditions.
Experience with Bloomberg and Intex systems for valuation work.
Proficiency in designing models for DCF, multiples, option pricing, and related analyses.
Ability to develop valuation approaches for equity, debt, loans, and structured products.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams delivering valuation and financial advisory services to clients.
Provide quality control oversight to engagement teams.
Manage, train, and develop associates and analysts.
Proactively engage potential new clients, including hedge funds, private equity, and financial institutions.
Identify and communicate engagements to management and draft proposals and letters.
