Job summary

Teya is building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. We seek a Business Analyst (Valuations) in London to measure and forecast the economic value of our products, influencing pricing, segmentation and investment decisions at senior levels.

You will bridge data and decision-making, starting from mapped problems or identifying new opportunities, and structure solutions through rigorous analysis, testing, and collaboration with product, finance, growth, and credit teams.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ in business analytics, valuations, financial planning and analysis, customer analytics, strategy, or credit risk in financial services or data-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and Excel and/or Python for modelling.
• Ability to translate analyses into clear business insights and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain NPV, unit economics, and customer lifetime value models across acquiring and business accounts.
• Conduct analyses of customer behaviour and product performance to identify value levers.
• Design and analyse experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, natural experiments) to validate pricing and product strategy.
• Develop and monitor metrics and dashboards tracking portfolio and economics, flagging deviations from forecast.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to translate insights into actions.
• Identify data gaps and opportunities to improve valuation methodology and influence decisions.
• Create presentations and documentation translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
