Job summary

Funding Circle UK in London is seeking a Senior Financial Modeller to own end-to-end valuation modelling for its Credit Card and FlexiPay products. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, underpin pricing, provisioning and portfolio strategy, and work with risk, finance, and product teams to reflect latest performance and macroeconomic data.

• Strong experience in financial modelling or valuations within SME lending or consumer credit.
• Ability to work with large datasets to build and stress-test assumptions.
• Clear communicator who can distill complex analysis for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end valuation modelling for Credit Card and FlexiPay products.
• Build and maintain forward-looking models including lifetime value, unit economics, and loss forecasting.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Finance, and Product to reflect performance data and macroeconomic assumptions.
• Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close with commentary and variance analysis for senior stakeholders.
