Job summary

Teya is building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. We seek a Senior Business Analyst to sit at the heart of how we understand, measure and improve the economic value of our products across credit, acquiring and business accounts.

You will own problems from definition through insight delivery, working with Product, Finance, Marketing, Engineering and Growth to turn complex questions into structured analysis and impactful decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset to tackle complex business questions.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own complex analytical problems from definition to delivery, turning questions into hypotheses and actionable recommendations.
• Build models and frameworks from first principles to answer strategic business questions.
• Develop and maintain NPV, unit economics and CLV models across products.
