Job summary

Stratton Creber Commercial, Exeter, is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join their Exeter team. The role covers valuation services for a broad client base across retail, office, industrial and residential sectors in Devon & Somerset, with potential for remote work.

Ideal candidates are RICS qualified (2+ PQE preferred), with a full UK driving license, strong report writing and numerical skills, and a willingness to engage in marketing and business development. Salary up to £60,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• RICS qualified, ideally with 2 years PQE
• Full UK driving license
• Working knowledge of property legislation
• Local/regional market knowledge preferred but not essential
• Good social skills and report writing abilities
• Good numerical ability and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver valuation services to an established client base across retail, office, industrial and residential sectors
• Undertake valuations for secured and non-secured lending across Devon & Somerset
• Contribute to business promotion and marketing efforts
