Job summary

Marks Consulting Partners Limited seeks a Valuation Surveyor in Exeter to join a growing team. You will handle secured and unsecured valuations, working across retail, office, industrial and residential properties, while building client relationships and contributing to new instructions.

Valuation experience is preferred but training is available for commercially minded individuals. Flexible working arrangements are offered to support balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified surveyor, ideally with valuation experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and a willingness to learn.
• Ambition to progress and develop your own client base.
• Confident communication and report writing skills.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Regional knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Valuation Surveyor | Exeter | Surveyor to Associate Director | Flexible Working

We're working with an established property consultancy that is investing in the growth of its valuation department. This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage and play a key role in its development, while gaining exposure to agency and lease advisory work alongside your core valuation responsibilities.

Valuation experience is preferred, but it's not essential. The team is open to training the right person who is commercially minded, quick to learn, and genuinely wants to build a career in valuation.
