Job summary

Property Partners Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a motivated RICS Registered Valuer to join our Southampton valuation team.

You will deliver commercial property valuations for loan security and other purposes, producing clear, market-led reports for a diverse lender client base. You will work within a national valuation network, supporting junior staff and contributing to business development, with genuine progression to senior levels in a collaborative consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• RICS Registered Valuer credentials required.
• Experience delivering loan security valuations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial property valuations for loan security and other purposes.
• Produce clear, accurate and market-led valuation reports.
• Undertake portfolio valuations and specialist/alternative sector valuations as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Ensure compliance with RICS Red Book standards and lender criteria.
• Support junior team members at Senior/Associate Director levels.
